Our Job

We work exclusively with the quality of Vara del Rey meats. The meats come from farms in Ciudad Real and Toledo, which arrive in the Canary Islands in our own trailers, fully approved, several times a week. In our farms more than 4,000 cattle graze in more than 45 million square meters of pasture. You can also request, if you wish, the “DNI” of the cattle, being able to see that the process, from breeding to delivery, has passed through our hands at all times.
